• Practitioner Professional Data: HPCSA / SANC / SAPC registration numbers, medical qualifications, practice numbers, and banking details for verified payouts.
• Financial Information: Payment tokens and transaction logs processed securely via accredited third-party payment gateways.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal information to facilitate appointment scheduling, clinical consultations, prescription fulfillment, diagnostic testing, secure practitioner payouts, and platform security.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your personal and medical information is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is strictly controlled through role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication. Healthcare data is never sold to third parties.

4. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request the correction or updating of inaccurate data, or object to specific processing activities, subject to statutory medical record keeping requirements.
